WHAT IS THE LOLA AUSTRALIA RETURN POLICY?
You can return full priced items within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
For products purchased online, we will accept returns for change of mind and incorrect size on FULL PRICED ITEMS only within 7 days from date of receipt, or if faulty. Goods should be returned with Australia Post or Courier so traceable (at your expense).
Returned items must be unworn with tags still attached.
Please note: You can only request an exchange or refund on FULL PRICED ITEMS. Clearance and sale items are non-refundable but if we can exchange sale/clearance items for another size, we will do that (dependent on stock availability). For sale/clearance exchanges please email: email@example.com for approval before sending back. Sale/clearance item returns sent without a copy of the approval email will be returned to sender.
HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR FULL PRICED ITEMS?
All you need to do is print a copy of your invoice, complete the RETURNS FORM received with your order and send with the returns to:

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
Lola Australia takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products, within 60 days of the order date, we would like to help you resolve the problem. You can return the goods to us as per instructions above.
In instances where your order was placed more than 60 days ago, you will need to contact our Returns team who will advise and assist with the returns process. Lola Australia will ensure all costs associated with returned faulty goods, including delivery, is at no expense to you, including international orders. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Whether your item was faulty or you've just changed your mind, Lola Australia provides three returns options:
1. Exchange for an alternate size/colour (subject to stock availability)
2. Store Credit to your Lola Australia online account
3. Refund to the same payment method you purchased with
On occasion, your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your product is posted and received by Lola Australia. If your replacement is not available, your online account or account with which you paid (e.g. credit card) will be refunded.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Upon receipt of the item, we process the refund within 2 business days - you can expect to see it back on your credit card within 7 days.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH AN E-CARD?
If any product purchased with an E-Card is returned for a refund, the refund amount will be automatically credited to your Lola Australia account as a store credit. If you don't have an account, you will be asked to create one or one will be created for you by our Customer Service team.
